Can I realistically fit this into my schedule?+
Yes! The self-paced modules are available on demand and run 45–60 minutes. The live group coaching session is 60 minutes once a month, held the last Thursday of each month at 12 PM EST, starting June 25th. That's roughly 2 hours per month. This was designed for working professionals who are already stretched.
Is this for new managers or experienced leaders?+
Both. The cohort is for anyone who manages people and wants to do it better — whether you've been leading for six months or sixteen years. New managers get a proven framework from day one. Experienced leaders often tell us this is the first time someone put language to what they've been feeling. The peer cohort structure means you learn from the full range of experience in the room.
What if I miss a session?+
Modules are self-paced and available anytime, so you'll never fall behind on the content. Live sessions are recorded and available after each call. That said, the live coaching calls are where the real transformation happens — the conversations, breakouts, and peer accountability are what make this different from a course. We encourage you to put it on your calendar now and protect it.
Why a cohort and not a self-paced course?+
Because accountability changes everything. Most people who buy self-paced courses don't finish them — and the ones who do rarely apply what they learn. A cohort creates real relationships, real conversations, and real follow-through. You're not learning alone — you're learning with a group of people who hold each other to the work. That's what makes it stick. It's also why we cap the cohort at 30 people: the relationships matter.

How does the platform work?+
Modules are hosted on the Positive Effect online platform, which you'll get access to upon enrollment. You can complete each module on your own schedule before the monthly live call. Live sessions are held on Zoom. You'll also receive a physical workbook and self-coaching cards to use between sessions. Everything is designed to be low-friction and high-impact — no complicated tech required.
